- International orders: Sent with DHL or UPS
📦 Tracking included: We send it to you as soon as your order ships
🕒 Delivery flexibility: Reschedule your delivery day/time directly with the courier to suit you

Returning your impressions? Easy.
- UK & EU orders:Shipped locally — no customs fees or import charges
- 🌍 Rest of world: Sent via UPS with customs duties handled upfront (nothing to pay on delivery)

- We can send aligners to a new address anywhere you are
- Just update your address in your account Profile and it will automatically update on our side
Let us know in advance and we’ll coordinate your shipment and confirm any additional shipping fee (typically ~€30 per shipment)

- 2 planned deliveries at the start of treatment
- Additional aligners may be sent later if needed

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays can happen as your aligners are custom-made 📦
