Thinking back, this was the best decision i made since i got my teeth straight while saving money (compared to the other options) and also didn't come in contact with people given the pandemic times. I could actually say that the straight teeth direct service was better than the in person experience you get with a dentist because you receive answers to your questions if not right away, then next day for sure. They've also honoured their contract by sending more retainers for the lower teeth at the end to match the final predictions. I could not recommend more.

I used to wear braces as a teenager. When I started to use retainers, these were the thick pieces of plastic with metal wire and I found them really uncomfortable even to sleep with. So when I lost them, I didn’t think of getting new ones as I just didn’t like them. However, after a few years my teeth shifted again. I was hesitating for a long time whether to start the process again, in the end I decided for Straight Teeth Direct. The clinical team was very professional and answered and explained all of my questions and doubts. I could see the expected progress prior to the treatment, which gave me an idea of how my teeth would be moving, something you don’t get with metallic braces. There were monthly checks to ensure everything was going in the right direction and I could ask a question anytime I was unsure. I am glad I did my treatment during the lockdown as I was mostly at home and thus could easily remove the aligners and clean my teeth after every meal before putting the aligners back on, even though I did manage when I had to work from the office or I went out to nature, it just required a bit of practice. Comparing to classic braces everything was much easier, I could clean the aligners properly and felt I had more control over the process. And I just got used to carrying a toothbrush with me most of the time. It took a few weeks initially to get used to the aligners and adapt my speech, but afterwards I got used to them so much that I sometimes wouldn’t even know if I was still wearing them. I had to consciously check that I still have them on my teeth. Overall I'm happy with the entire process, I think it was worth it.
